Metered per environment and charged on what that environment actually uses. No subscription, no commitment, nothing to reserve up front and no hidden charges. The Console shows you the exact cost of the one you are about to create, before you create it. There is no rate card here yet, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.
Credit first, then configure, then start.
There is no invoice at the end of the month and nothing to be surprised by. You put credit on the workspace, build the environment you want, and what it would cost is checked against that balance before anything runs.
Add credit
Top the workspace balance up by whatever amount you want to spend. It is the ceiling as well as the float — nothing can cost you more than what is on it.
Customise
Size, lifetime, whether it runs continuously or on a schedule, and whether it is reachable from the internet or only from inside. Each one moves the price.
Start
The Console quotes the environment you have just described and checks it against your balance in the same step. A create that would outrun the credit does not start.
